Policies and Procedures

* A deposit in the amount of $50 per pet will be required to hold an appointment.

* Deposits are Non Refundable.

*A notice of 48 hours is required before a scheduled appointment for any rescheduling or canceling outside of an emergency. Failure to do so will result in the loss of your deposit. In order to book a new appointment a new deposit will need to be paid.

* A credit card or $50 deposit will be kept on file at all times.

*All dogs are required to be on a 4, 6, or 8 week grooming schedule. Your future appointment will be booked at pick up.

* Failure to stay on a schedule may result in denial of future services.

*I do not groom dogs over 50 lbs.

* I do not take dogs or cats that are 15 or older as new clients.

* I do not groom dogs who require muzzling.

* I do not groom sedated animals.

* I will not do a haircut on a dog or cat without first being bathed by myself. 

* I reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason.
